For 5 years in prison to life – such a punishment threatens a 29 -year -old suspected of rape of a four -year -old girl. Investigators have already charged the man. He confessed to the alleged acts and gave explanations.

The 29 -year -old from the Jarocin poviat will spend the next three months behind bars – this is how the court decided. The man is suspected of rape of a 4-year-old girl. According to Jarocinska.pl, this was to be taken on May 16 in one of the towns in the poviat.

– The District Prosecutor in Jarocin supervises the preparatory proceedings against the 29-year-old. The man was accused of committing an act against sexual freedom to the detriment of a four -year -old girl – said prosecutor Marcin Kubiak from the District Prosecutor's Office in Ostrów Wielkopolski.

Due to the good of the child and the nature of the case, investigators are quite economical in providing information. They do not indicate what relationship the man connected with a 4-year-old. It is also unknown who informed the services about the case.

It is known that the 29-year-old heard the allegation of art. 197 parish 1 and 1a in connection with parish 4 of the Penal Code. This provision applies to the crime of rape and extortion of sexual action. .

Art. 197. [Zgwałcenie i wymuszenie czynności seksualnej]
§ 1. Whoever leads another person to sexual intercourse with violence, unlawful threat, trick or otherwise despite the lack of consent, is punishable by imprisonment from 2 to 15 years. § 1a. He is subject to the same punishment, who leads another person to sexual intercourse, using the inability to recognize the meaning of the act or manage his behavior. § 4. If the perpetrator is allowed to rape against a minor under 15 years of age or the perpetrator of the act specified in § 1-3 acts with particular cruelty or the consequence of this act is severe damage to health, shall be subject to the penalty of imprisonment for a time not shorter in 5 years or a life sentence.

– The man confessed to the alleged acts, but he gave explanations that do not correspond with the factual findings of the prosecutor's office. We requested a preventive measure in the form of a three -month detention center. The court accepted the optics of the prosecutor's office and accepted the application – said prosecutor Kubiak.

The suspect is punishable by 5 years in prison to life imprisonment.
