Jarosław Kaczyński and Roman Giertych – a row in the Sejm. Giertych's commentary

What happened today shows that Jarosław Kaczyński and the entire PiS camp are terrified by the case of two towers – said Roman Giertych in “Kropka nad i” on TVN24, commenting on his tension on the parliamentary rostrum with Jarosław Kaczyński.

During Wednesday's session, there was Word clash of PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński and MP of the Civic Coalition Roman Giertych. Kaczyński spoke, among others, about the death of his colleague Barbara Skrzypek, which PiS politicians try to use in political struggle, recognizing the woman as a “victim of the regime”. The violinist died three days after interrogation in the prosecutor's office, in which he participated, among others Representative of the Giertych office. Neither she nor her representative, however, filed any complaint about the procedure and manner of its conduct.

During his speech, Kaczyński called MP Ko “the main sadist” in the country. After a while – when Giertych stood at the podium – the PiS president stood next to him and began to disturb. Giertych convinced Kaczyński to tell him “uncle” to him. From the room you could hear the screams “get the murderer” directed to Giertych.

Giertych spoke more about this situation in “Kropka nad i” on TVN24.

– In this matter, the Civic Coalition Parliamentary Club submits notifications. I spoke as a deputy as a public official. And this type of insult is a crime in the Polish law. So those who behaved in parliament in this way must be responsible for it – he said.

– Because, in addition to the thread of fraud, which came out a long time ago, (…), a very serious story came out, which will burden Jarosław Kaczyński with article 231 paragraph 2, i.e. exceeding the rights to achieve financial benefits. It is a loan that Jarosław Kaczyński arranged to the company his affinity at the state bank – said Giertych.

Referring again to the PiS president, MP KO stated that “Kaczyński looked completely abnormally, aggressive today.” “I haven't seen anything like that yet,” he admitted.
