The President of Law and Justice, Jarosław Kaczyński, commented on today's decision of the Extraordinary Control Chamber of the Supreme Court. Kaczyński said that “the question remains whether the current government will implement it.” PiS and KO politicians also commented on the matter in the “Tak jest” program on TVN24.
Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the Supreme Court accepted PiS's complaint on Wednesday to the decision of the National Electoral Commission to reject the report of the party's electoral committee for the 2023 elections. The spokesman for the Supreme Court, Aleksander Stępkowski, who informed about this decision, explained that it means that “the National Electoral Commission is obliged to accept the PiS election report.”
The decision was commented on on the 10th by the president of PiS. “An important decision of the Supreme Court. The question remains whether the current authorities will implement it or whether the law will be broken again, and thus confirm the fact that the political system was changed by force, and even the rudiments of the law do not apply in Poland,” Kaczyński wrote.

Czesław Mroczek commented on the status of the chamber of the Supreme Court, which accepted the PiS complaint, saying that “the Chamber of Extraordinary Control does not meet the criterion of recognition as a court and this is covered by the CJEU ruling.”
The KO politician recalled the letter Jarosław Kaczyński down Zbigniew Ziobro before the 2019 elections about the use of the Justice Fund in the election campaign, in which “President Kaczyński (…) lectured that the consequences may be not only political, but also legal.”
