PO politicians know perfectly well that Karol Nawrocki won, and yet they try to destroy the foundations of the state, questioning the election result – wrote PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński in social media. He stated that “no one would take away this victory from us.” Deputy Speaker of the Sejm Włodzimierz Czarzasta estimated that after the election, every citizen has the right to “raise reservations, and institutions such as PKW and the Supreme Court are obliged to consider it.”
“Democracy is respect for the verdict of voters. Donald Tusk cannot lose with dignity. Politicians know perfectly well that Karol Nawrocki won, and yet they are trying to destroy the foundations of the state, questioning the result of the election. It is for the current rulers more important than the efficient functioning of the state. However, no one will take away this victory” – wrote Kaczyński on Tuesday afternoon in social media.
“Losing has not taught them. Chaos and compromise at every step. It is high time to get to work, because even a thousand stones in the center of Berlin will not compensate for our war losses, and the patience of Polish citizens, waiting for evacuation from Israel, also ends …” – added PiS president, referring to unveiling of the monument in the capital of Germany dedicated to the victims of German aggression and occupation in Poland, as well as evacuation of Poles from the Middle East.
Czarzasty: I don't see any sensation

Kwiatkowski: All protests must be considered
– I assume that in this group of protests, and several thousand were received, there may also be protests from those who were prevented by voting as a result of the use of an illegal application PiS MP – said Senator of the Civic Coalition Krzysztof Kwiatkowski in an interview with the TVN24 reporter Radomir WITEM, referring to application promoted by Dariusz Matecki.
– Of course, we also have other cases, i.e. those related to errors in individual election committees. In some places, for example in Krakow, the head of the committee already said: Yes, I made a mistake. All these protests must be considered, the cards are recalculated, and the result in the sense of individual numbers of votes, which fell on each of the candidates, corrected on the basis of conducted, resolved election protests – he added.
The PKW accepted the election report
In the second round presidential elections Law and Justice candidate Karol Nawrocki won 50.89 percent of support, while the candidate of the Civic Coalition Rafał Trzaskowski won 49.11 percent of the vote. The difference in voices was less than 370,000.
The National Electoral Commission adopted a report on the presidential election on Monday. Earlier, however, the commission adopted the amendments of Ryszard Balicki, including one regarding the conclusion of the entire document. The amendment was supported by five PKW members, there were four against.
“PKW states that during voting, especially on the day of re -voting, there were incidents that could affect the result of voting.
The report will go to the Supreme Court, which determines the validity of the election of the President of the Republic of Poland.
Election protests
The deadline for submitting an election protest was June 16. On Monday, the Supreme Court informed that three thousand protests were received, but the spokesperson of the Supreme Court Judge Aleksander Stępkowski pointed out that there will certainly be many more, because they also affect the post. According to the Supreme Court's information, which he obtained on Tuesday morning, it appears that so far more than four thousand election protests have been registered.
As reported on Monday, in election protests that were received by that time, irregularities in the preparation of voting protocols and when counting votes in some election committees are raised, among others. Last week, the Supreme Court announced that it ordered the conversion of votes from 13 regional electoral commissions, including from Krakow, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Grudziądz, Gdańsk, Tychów and Katowice. Some KO politicians demanded that all votes in the election, among others Roman Giertych.

Trzaskowski's committee sent an election protest
On Monday, Wioletta Paprocka, who was the chief of staff of the Citizens' Coalition candidate, announced that he had been to the Supreme Court Electoral protest of the representative of the committee of Rafał Trzaskowski.
The submission of such a protest was previously announced by another member of the Trzaskowski Staff, deputy head of the Ministry of National Defense Cezary Tomczykwho on the same day submitted his personal election protest to the Supreme Court.
