Opposition politicians comment on the words of Jarosław Kaczyński, who in Chojnice mentioned people who, according to him, value “external countries”, and “Germany in particular”. In this context, he spoke, among other things, of “destroying these people.” – “We destroy people” who do not think like the president. It is only difficult to destroy three-quarters of the nation, said the Marshal of the Senate, Tomasz Grodzki.

President on Thursday PIS Jarosław Kaczyński met with sympathizers and party activists in Chojnice, Pomerania. During his speech, he assessed that there are people in Poland who value “external countries” more than Poland, “in particular Germany“. – Such people today are certainly involved in degrading Poland through this method of political struggle, in order to introduce violence, throwing stones into public life … I’m sorry for saying so, but just plain rudeness, bring our society to the level of the lumpenproletariat, that is the goal of these people, he said.

– Poland cannot be a strong nation, it cannot have a strong state, because our neighbors do not like it. Well, no, we will have a strong state, and we will destroy these people – said the president of PiS.

These words were commented on Friday by opposition politicians in the Sejm. The Polish MP for 2050 Hanna Gill-Piątek said that “the buckle that closes this statement Jarosław Kaczyńskiis war rhetoric.

– But now it’s Christmas, we would like to sit together at the table so that Jarosław Kaczyński does not dip his finger in the borscht and make us talk about politics and divisions all the time. We would like to finally get down and reconcile at this table – she added. The MP emphasized that “war rhetoric is not what Poles want to hear at the Christmas table”.

The Marshal of the Senate, Tomasz Grodzki, in turn, said that Jarosław Kaczyński “many times made it clear that understanding the rules of democracy is a bit foreign to him and he dreams of a dictatorship.”

– This sentence is part of the so-called tightening of the course – he assessed. He also reminded that Kaczyński had recently attacked doctors. – Now we are “destroying people” who do not think like the president. Only it is difficult to destroy three quarters of the nation, because the support of this party oscillates around thirty percent – he noted. “These are outrageous statements,” he said.

The words of the PiS president were also commented on by Dariusz Wieczorek, an MP from the Left. When asked who he wants to “destroy”, Jarosław Kaczyński replied: – He wants to destroy us.

– This is another statement that offends Polish women and Poles. I feel threatened, because if (Kaczyński) says he will destroy the opposition, it will include me. These are statements that are absolutely slanderous to us. Let me remind you that we were “treasonous murders”, and now we are the ones “must be destroyed” – he said.
