Disappearance and a car in the pond
On July 9, a 42-year-old woman left her house in Jaworznik, got into her car and never contacted any of her relatives. Her sister, a resident of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, reported her missing to the police.
On July 14, a woman’s car was found in the pond at Łączna Street in Zawiercie. The open tailgate protruded above the waterline. – Our activities consisted in securing the scene, pulling the car out with a winch, searching the vehicle to find the injured. Then, a specialized water-dive group that arrived at the scene checked the bottom with sonar. Also excluding any injured persons – informed the fire service.
After finding the 42-year-old’s car, the prosecutor’s office launched an investigation into manslaughter. – The car had traces of removal of identification markings – explained in July Krzysztof Budzik from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Częstochowa. – At the moment we are not able to say what happened to this woman. Whether he is alive or not. An investigation was initiated with this pre-qualification to check all the circumstances.

It was he who was to see the woman as the last one. However, no evidence was found that the man could have had anything to do with the disappearance of the woman.
P. was arrested again in early October. Together with a policeman from Zawiercie, they heard allegations of drug trafficking. – These allegations concern the transport of narcotic drugs in the form of 100 kilograms of marijuana from France at the turn of 2014 and 2015 and the introduction of these drugs into Wrocław and Kraków – said Tomasz Ozimek, spokesman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Częstochowa.
Both men were then arrested for three months.
