There was a brutal robbery on the school pitch in Jaworzno. A 27-year-old man attacked a woman, demanding the release of clothing with the emblem of the Krakow football club. When she refused, he became brutal towards her. The perpetrator was detained after a few weeks of searching.

The incident occurred on April 22 on the school playground at ul. Home Army in Jaworzno. Policemen were notified that there was a robbery.

– As a 32 -year -old woman reported when she was sitting on a bench with her friend, an aggressive man approached her, who ordered her to take her immediately and give her a sweatshirt and hat with the emblem of the Krakow football club, which the woman was wearing – told the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jaworzno.

When she announced that she would not give away the sweatshirt, because only underneath he had underwear, an aggressive 27-year-old beat her and broke her clothing.

– The man inflicted on the head, spat on a robbed, and then recorded her with a phone, sitting on the ground in underwear – the police informed.

The whole event was seen by children playing football on the school playground, which were scared and escaped. Other hooligans from the group of perpetrators who did not react to acts of violence were also witnesses. The course of the event was very accurately recorded by urban monitoring.

He was hiding for several weeks

27 -year -old Marcel K. – known to policemen and already punished for crimes against life and health, turned out to be suspect. Policemen's findings show that the perpetrator of the robbery is a hooligan of one of the Silesian football teams.

The man initially hid from law enforcement agencies, fearing his arrest, but on May 18 after returning to Poland he was detained and went to police custody.

– During the interrogation, he pleaded to the allegation of robbery, which he committed publicly for a trivial reason – the police explained.

During the search of his apartment, the police found and secured small amounts of marijuana.

The man heard three allegations: for robbery, body damage and drug possession, for which he is punishable by up to 15 years in prison. Jaworznicki court decided to arrest him for three months.
