Three per mille of alcohol in the body had a driver who ran a “scraper” on the Dąbrowa Górnicza- Kraków Prądnik line. The man in Jaworzno in Silesia was detained by officers of the Railway Protection Guard and handed over the police. The 38-year-old has an active court ban on driving motor vehicles.

The incident occurred on May 26 before noon. Policemen from Jaworzno received information about the detention of a drunk driver's juice by officers. A patrol immediately went to the place.

Anna Kacprzak from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jaworzno informs that SOK officers were informed about the case. – The woman noticed that the driver of the “scraper” traveled on the red light of the semaphore and reported it to the officers of Sok. They detained the Lord in Jaworzno and there the driver was handed over to policemen. An alcohol content showed that he had three alcohol per body – says a policewoman. And he adds that the 38-year-old has an active court ban on driving motor vehicles due to the fact that in the past he was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol. The court will decide about his fate.
