Igor Tuleya, a judge of the Warsaw district court, has not been adjudicating since November last year in connection with the decision of the unrecognized Disciplinary Chamber. When asked on Friday in “One on One” if he was looking at his toga, the chain, he said he took the toga and “hangs at his house”. – I believe that soon I will have the opportunity to put her into the laundry room and I am convinced that sooner or later I will put it on and be in the courtroom – he added.
Tuleya said he felt “probably powerless, but this is not some powerlessness that would paralyze him.” – You have to do your part, fight and believe that you will return to the judiciary – he added.
When asked if he corresponded all the time with Piotr Schab, the disciplinary spokesman for common court judges, the president of the District Court in Warsaw in a case, he said that disciplinary spokesmen are also his immediate superiors. “We exchange letters quite often,” he added. – I inform them that I am going to give a lecture or conduct some classes. They oppose it on the basis that I can demoralize young people. We also have, you could say, close paper relations with the CEOs – said Tuleya.
