Julie & Todd Chrisley to Be Launched From Jail Earlier Than Anticipated

Julie Chrisley and Todd Chrisley‘s respective jail sentences have been shortened.

Eight months after the pair started their respective federal prison sentences for tax fraud, their launch dates have been moved up.

As of Sept. 7, Todd—who reported to the Federal Correctional Establishment (FPI) Pensacola in Florida again in January—had his jail launch moved as much as January 22, 2033, two years sooner than his initially scheduled 2035 launch, in keeping with federal jail information.

In the meantime Julie is scheduled to be launched from FMC Lexington in Kentucky on October 19, 2028—a yr and three months sooner than her preliminary launch date, per information.

“No doubt, Todd and Julie are mannequin incarcerated people who obtained exorbitant sentences,” Jay Surgent, the pair’s lawyer, told Insider. “I consider Todd is right down to 10 years and Julie is now at 5 years.”

Following Todd and Julie’s federal indictment in August 2019, the truth stars each pleaded not guilty to 12 counts, together with wire fraud and conspiracy to commit financial institution fraud. Nonetheless, in  June 2022 they were found guilty on all counts by an Atlanta federal jury, with Todd being sentenced to 12 years and Julie to 7 years in jail that November.
