The mandate was being challenged by eight college students who argued in court papers filed Friday last week that they’ve “a constitutional proper to bodily integrity, autonomy, and of medical remedy selection within the context of a vaccination mandate.” The scholars requested for an injunction from the Excessive Court docket barring the college from implementing the mandate. Seven of the scholars qualify for a spiritual exemption.
