The prosecutor’s office is investigating the events in Kalisz on November 11. It is about a march and a demonstration during which anti-Semitic and xenophobic speeches were given. On Monday morning, Mariusz Kamiński, the minister of internal affairs and administration, informed that three people had been detained in the case.

“There is no consent to anti-Semitism and hatred on the basis of nationality, religion or ethnicity. In the face of the organizers of the disgraceful event in Kalisz, the Polish state must show its ruthlessness and firmness. Today, the Police detained three people in this case,” Mariusz Kamiński said on Twitter.

A spokesman for the Greater Poland police also referred to the case. “The detained persons are now brought to the prosecutor’s office” – said the junior inspector Andrzej Borowiak.
