The District Prosecutor’s Office in Kalisz announced that the former headmistress of the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 3 in this city will be prosecuted for wiretapping employees and embezzlement of public funds. An indictment against four suspects in this case has been filed with the district court.

Information on this subject was confirmed on Monday by the Polish Press Agency, the head of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Kalisz, Katarzyna Socha. The case came to light in September 2021, after the new director of the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 3 at Św. Michała Street in Kalisz took the position. The current one, who headed the facility for the last 20 years, lost the competition and had to leave.

From the beginning of the new principal’s work at the school, numerous inspections began. The reason was anonymous letters received by various institutions. Teachers and parents, who suspected who might be the author of the anonymous letters, stood up for the boss. They decided to provide the educational superiors with information about the irregularities allegedly committed by the previous headmaster.
