A head-on collision between a bus and a car occurred at the entrance to Karpacz in the Lower Silesian province. The Skoda passenger car, for unknown reasons, drove into the opposite lane. The road is blocked at this point.
The incident occurred around 6 p.m.
There were 19 people on the bus, including two children, said Deputy Inspector Beata Sosulska-Baran from the Jelenia Góra police. Initial police findings indicate that it was decided to hospitalize everyone.
Four people, including two children, were supposed to be traveling in the Skoda. The passengers of the passenger car were also supposed to be taken to hospital. Sosulska-Baran indicated that these people were supposed to have more serious injuries, but not life-threatening.
