Next week, the Tax Office in Zakopane will auction part of a “residential and commercial complex” of a higher standard in the picturesque KoĊcielisko, right next to Zakopane. The tax office assures that it is “an opportunity to purchase items and real estate at a favorable price.”
As we read in the announcement of the National Tax Administration, “the starting price is just over PLN 1.6 million for more than 110 square meters“.

“The property is part of a residential and utility complex with regional, highlander architecture. The offered premises are a separate part of a semi-detached building and consist of a bright ground floor, ground floor and a two-story attic. The auction is scheduled to take place next week, on Wednesday, October 25. The event is scheduled for 10:00 in the building of the Tax Office in Zakopane at ul. Szymony 14, room no. 302. Interested parties can view the property two days before the auction, i.e. on Monday.

As KAS explains, tax offices sell items and real estate at auctions as part of enforcement proceedings. “Some of them are a real bargain, such as the premises described or the Bentley Continental auctioned earlier,” the tax office emphasizes.
The main condition for participating in the auction is the payment of a deposit. The money from the sale goes to cover tax arrears, fees and contributions.
