He is banned from driving by the court. Not only did he get behind the wheel, but he was also driving drunk. First, he forced another driver to pull over, and then he hit a concrete culvert and a property fence.

The police received the first report on Thursday, May 23, a few minutes after 9 p.m. The driver of the Daewoo was unable to keep an even track and drove into the opposite lane, forcing another car to pull over to the side of the road.

After a while, a second report was received. The same driver hit a concrete culvert and a property fence in Kawęczyn (Lublin Voivodeship).

It turned out that a 25-year-old resident of the Zwierzyniec commune was drunk. He had almost one and a half per mille of alcohol in his body.

“After checking the police systems, it additionally turned out that the man had a court ban on driving motor vehicles,” says Staff Aspirant Dorota Krukowska-Bubiło from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Zamość in a press release.

The man was taken to hospital. He did not suffer any serious injuries. The 25-year-old was taken to police custody, while the Daewoo he was traveling in was towed to the parking lot.
