A drunk driver, with a court ban on driving, was speeding along the roads of the Kędzierzyn-Koźle district. Police have released a video showing, among other things, how a man drives the wrong way on a roundabout and does not comply with other regulations.
On Thursday, April 27, the duty officer of the Kędzierzyn-Koźle police station received a report about an intoxicated driver who was supposed to be driving a Mitsubishi through the streets of the city. Officers located the vehicle and stopped it for roadside inspection. The driver was subjected to a breathalyzer test.

– It turned out that a 32-year-old resident of our county had almost 1.5 per mille of alcohol in his exhaled air. The man was intoxicated and was transporting three passengers in his car, said Sgt. pcs. Monika Frąckowiak from the police in Kędzierzyn-Koźle.
The police also determined that the 32-year-old was disqualified from driving.
The recording published by the police shows a 32-year-old rally through the streets of the city. As announced, a number of offences, including driving the wrong way on a roundabout and failing to follow a double solid line, will now be dealt with by the Infractions Team.
