The union is asking for change in relation to excessively unsafe and dangerous working hours; unlivable wages for the bottom paid crafts; “constant failure” to offer cheap relaxation throughout meal breaks, weekends and extra; and staff on some streaming tasks getting paid lower than these on conventional blockbusters, even on productions with larger budgets.
