The authorities of the Ukrainian capital said on Tuesday on the Telegram channel that Kiev should be “more comfortable for residents” and the roads must be more passable. Hence the idea of ”improving engineering barriers”, which were created more than a year ago, when there was a threat that Russian troops would want to seize the city.

Soldiers will help the city services. Some of the roadblocks placed on the roadways and obstructing traffic will be dismantled. Concrete blocks, sandbags and anti-tank hedgehogs will also be removed from many places and the trenches will be filled in.
