“Kitchen Revolutions” is a program that is absolutely loved by viewers. Magda Gessler For many years, she has been traveling across Poland to help failing restaurants. In one episode, the queen of Polish gastronomy came to Napachanie near Poznań, where there was a restaurant called Szybka Szama. The restaurant was not doing well. Although guests were coming, there was still not enough money, and the menu had a hundred dishes. What's more, the owner was very rarely there. The restaurant was run mainly by staff who did not know how to divide the tasks. In addition, there was a huge chaos and disorder, and after kitchen even mice got tangled up! Did Magda Gessler manage to rise to the challenge?

Magda Gessler didn't like the restaurant from the start. Even before entering the restaurant, she had some doubts and bad premonitions. It wasn't any better inside. “It stinks so much that I shouldn't stay here for another minute,” she said, clearly disgusted. Unfortunately, it was similar with the dishes. She didn't like them either. What's more, the pretentious names of the pizzas were offensive. When Magda Gessler she finally decided on one, she had nothing good to say. – I have no idea what I ate, either soap or cheese – she said. The following days brought new challenges. Magda Gessler found that the kitchen was in a terrible state. There were products that had expired, as well as omnipresent dirt and an unpleasant smell. It was even worse in the back, where mice were running around. – It stinks of mouse shit in here – said the restaurateur, entering the cold store. To get out of the stalemate, Magda Gessler had a sincere conversation with the owner and then took the whole team on an integration trip. At the same time, the interior of the restaurant gained a new, colorful decor. A new name also appeared: Bistro Schadzka Przy The stove. At the final dinner, pea soup, zapiekanka and gzik were served, which the guests really liked. Although Magda Gessler left the restaurant hoping that the owner would take control of the place, this did not happen. A few weeks later, the soup was well prepared, unlike the gzik.
