The restaurateur announced that she has developed a new strategy. “It will no longer be the case that after my metamorphoses 50% of restaurants live and 50% die. Now it will be the case that 10% will drop out and the rest will live and feed others. It's because I found some other motivational system, including financial, I think,” she explained in an interview with “Fakt”. As Gessler herself emphasizes, not all revolutions end in success. The reasons are different. There are also situations in which changes do not occur at all. This was the case in an episode from years ago, in which the owner threw the host out of her premises.

Years ago Magda Gessler visited the Katowice restaurant “La Papilon Noir”, or “Black Butterfly“. The owner of the establishment, which was supposed to offer French cuisine, was 36-year-old Justyna. The situation was very tense from the very beginning. The meals served were not to Gessler's liking. – What a mess. Are you trying to poison me? – she thundered, stirring what was supposed to be goulash. Then she went to the kitchen, which wasn't exactly the cleanest. Gessler started throwing pans and admonishing the owner. – What am I supposed to do with these pots? common? – asked the surprised 36-year-old. At first, it seemed that the restaurateur would have the situation under control. She didn't know then what would happen on the day of the dinner.

During the preparations for dinner, in which, to everyone's surprise, Justyna also took part, an unexpected situation occurred. The owner was supposed to run to the store for pickled mushrooms. She returned two hours later, dressed like a guardian on Corpus Christi. – You delayed dinner by two hours. You came all worked up when you were supposed to be working. You don't respect me or my time – Gessler thundered. – Okay, another circus. Do your “Muppet show”, I've had enough – Justyna replied, and then left the venue. A moment later, the owner was caught talking in the car. She forgot that she was wearing a microphone. – I can't take it anymore and I'm going to f*** her. She made such a show at my expense that it's beyond belief. Please help me, get in there and tell her to f*** off – she said to the driver. Later she confessed that the restaurant was doing quite well, and she simply wanted to use Gessler's popularity to advertise on TV. Suddenly, the cameras showed the disappointed host. “Unfortunately, it's not possible. I did a lot to make it possible,” she said. Justyna, who quickly materialized in the restaurant, added a few more pennies of her own. “Please close the door on the other side, goodbye,” we heard in the episode.
