Dog bite in Kobyla Góra (Greater Poland Voivodeship). An eight-year-old boy was taken to hospital with head and neck injuries. – While the owner was cleaning the kennel, the mixed breed dog was taken for a walk on a leash. Suddenly, he attacked one of three children playing nearby, say the police, who are explaining the circumstances of the incident.
The incident took place on Wednesday (September 13) after 3 p.m. in Kobyla Góra near Ostrzeszów. The services were notified about a child bitten by a dog.

According to senior sergeant Magdalena Hańdziuk from the police in Ostrzeszów, while the owner was cleaning the kennel, the mixed-breed dog was taken for a walk on a leash, and the child was bitten.
– The quadruped suddenly attacked one of three children playing nearby. An eight-year-old was taken to hospital with head injuries, says a policewoman. He adds that an air ambulance helicopter landed on site. – The child suffered numerous bite wounds around the face and neck. After the tests, he was discharged home, reports Hańdziuk. The officers determined that the dog had been vaccinated. The police are still investigating the case.
