The police in Konin are looking for the perpetrator of damage and setting fire to a tombstone in one of the cemeteries. On its website, it publishes an image of an elderly woman who, according to the officers, may be related to the case.
On June 2, the tombstone at the parish cemetery at Staromorzysławska Street in Konin was set on fire and damaged.
However, the perpetrator of this event was not apprehended within three months of the incident. The police suspect they may be responsible for an act of vandalism. – The monitoring recordings show that the perpetrator of this crime may be an elderly woman – informs Sebastian Wiśniewski from the Konin police.
Police are calling for help
The police appeals for help to people who may know the woman and indicate where she may be. – People who recognize her image are asked to contact the police officer in charge of the proceedings by calling 47 77 52 600 or by writing to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org – says Wiśniewski.
