A 61-flashlight, who was stopped by policemen from Koronowo (Kujawsko-Pomorskie), was charged with robbery and bodily injuries. The court decided to keep him in detention for three months. He is facing up to twelve years imprisonment.

The police received a report of an aggressive man on Monday (July 11) just after 8 o’clock. An 80-year-old then reported to the police station in Koronowo.

– It turned out that a man he didn’t know hit him in the nose, causing him to bleed. It happened when they were crossing Paderewskiego Street next to each other. After receiving this information, the person on duty directed a patrol to the place, to whom he gave the description of the attacker. – Commissioner Lidia Kowalska from the Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz informed.

He was hitting passers-by

As Commissioner Kowalska reported, a moment later the attention of the policemen from the patrol was noticed by the woman calling for help. It was another person injured by the same man who tried to leave.

– It turned out to be a 61-year-old well-known to policemen. The man was arrested by the policemen and taken to the police station. It turned out that the said woman was robbed by the aggressor because he punched her in the face, and then tore her purse with the contents of cash. The policemen accepted the notifications from both victims – explained the policewoman.

A 14-year-old was also injured

However, the matter did not end there. Two more victims came to the police station in the same way, including a 14-year-old who was hit by the man.

– The aggressor will be responsible for the robbery and bodily injuries of three random passers-by, which the prosecutor also prosecuted ex officio – Commissioner Lidia Kowalska emphasized.

On Wednesday (July 13), the judge, after examining the materials of the case, arrested the man for three months. He is facing a sentence of up to twelve years imprisonment.
