Board of trustees: no irregularities found
The Lower Silesian School Superintendent was notified of the incident, which announced that the school would be inspected. Krystyna Kaczorowska, the spokeswoman for the board of trustees, informed that the inspection has already been completed.
– It did not reveal any irregularities. On the contrary, the school followed all safety procedures. It should be said that the boy did not perform any dangerous exercises with his class, these were ordinary exercises on the ladder, in which the students moved from one to the other, at a very low height, on the first step of the ladder. The boy did not fall from a height, but fainted and slipped off the ladder – she said.
She added that the school headmaster took care of providing psychological and pedagogical help during the weekend. – Meetings with young people and teachers were also held on Monday. The community is also supported by psychologists from neighboring schools. We express great regret that such a tragedy happened, we sympathize with the entire school community – said Kaczorowska.
