Koszajec, A2. Car fire and cork

Road workers informed about difficulties on the A2 motorway, at the height of the town of Koszajec (Masovian Voivodeship) after a car fire. Firefighters said that nobody had suffered. However, a large traffic jam formed.

“Difficulty at A2, section of the Pruszków village – village of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, town of Koszajec (Masovian Voivodeship) km 449+000. A passenger car fire, no injured people. The right lane of the road was blocked towards Łódź,” said the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways.

Aspirant Michał Zładanowski from the Pruszków Fire Brigade confirmed the event. As he said, the fire took place on A2 towards Łódź. A passenger car caught fire. Our two hosts operated on site, and people who were in the vehicle left it themselves. There are no injured persons – said the fireman.

Mateusz Mżyk from tvnwarszawa.pl indicated, however, that a five -kilometer cork was created.
