When using fireworks, remember: – the ban in Poland on using firecrackers and other pyrotechnics in public places, with the exception of restrictions on December 31 and January 1 each year. This does not mean, however, that there is freedom on these days, because using items containing pyrotechnic articles, e.g. contrary to their intended use, may result in a number of negative consequences, not only legal, but above all health – please be especially careful and not use fireworks in a group or nearby. other people and in places where they may cause a fire. A suddenly exploding firecracker can not only cause burns to the hands and face, but also more serious body damage – do not allow children to light pyrotechnic products, even if they ask for it! Make sure they stay away from fireworks. Pyrotechnic products may only be used by adults – to avoid approaching unexploded ordnance and trying to set it off again. It is also forbidden to disassemble or disassemble individual parts of pyrotechnic articles, direct unlit fireworks in a direction other than upwards, place fireworks in the opposite direction than indicated on the label, or throw them into a fire.
