Krakow. Polish patostreamer arrested in Czech Republic, now in the country. Long list of charges

Patostreamer Marek M., previously detained in the Czech Republic, was brought to Poland. He was wanted on the basis of two European Arrest Warrants. The man is charged with abusing his partner, insulting officers and driving without a license.

The information was confirmed on Monday by prosecutor Elżbieta Doniec from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Kraków.

The 42-year-old from Krakow was arrested in early March 2024. Czech Republic. The European arrest warrants reviewed by the local court concerned the abuse of his partner, insulting officers and driving despite having his driving license revoked. Confederation MP Grzegorz Braun vouched for the suspect in the Czech court.

Three arrest warrants for Marek M.

Three arrest warrants and several orders were issued for the man to determine his whereabouts. Since October 2023, the 42-year-old has been sought by the Krakow police, including officers from the Department of Search and Identification of Persons from the Provincial Police Headquarters in Krakow. In December 2023, the Krakow District Court issued a European Arrest Warrant. It was established that the man travels between different European Union countries, and the European police cooperation network ENFAST was involved in the case.

Marek M., who poses as a journalist, is known online under the pseudonym “Czujny”. In videos published online, he has, among other things, insulted police officers. Proceedings against him are being conducted by several prosecutors' offices in the country.
