Police officers in Krapkowice detained a drunk driver after a chase. After failing to stop for inspection, the 47-year-old decided to escape via dirt roads. It turned out that the man had over 1.5 per mille of alcohol in his body and was banned from driving motor vehicles.

Krapkowice police officers on Opolska Street noticed a passenger car whose driving pattern indicated that the driver of the Mercedes may be under the influence of alcohol. When the officers signaled the driver to stop the vehicle, the man ignored them. He started to run away by car towards Dworcowa Street and then drove onto dirt roads. After a short chase, a 47-year-old resident of the Silesian Voivodeship was detained.
