The Left’s motion to dismiss Krzysztof Bosak he was resigned from the position of Vice-Marshal of the Sejm in connection with the events of December, when Confederation MP Grzegorz Braun used a powder fire extinguisher to extinguish Hanukkah candles lit in the Sejm and then delivered an anti-Semitic speech from the Sejm rostrum. “The prosecutor’s application contained fictitious statements”
According to Krzysztof Bosak, the prosecutor’s request to waive Braun’s immunity “was written sloppily.” – We received an application that was written sloppily. Various things of completely different weight and seriousness are glued together (…) The motion of the prosecutor, who did not appear at the committee to defend his motion, contained fictitious statements that never happened, said the Confederation MP.

When asked by a TVN24 reporter whether he would vote to defend Grzegorz Braun’s immunity, he replied: – the voting results will show it.

There are much more important issues here than one prank, he added.
