Kujawsko-Pomorskie. Disseminated pedophile content with the participation of children and animals

As part of the FEVER campaign, police detained people who disseminated pornographic content involving minors. Among the 98 people detained from Poland are, among others, residents of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship: Toruń, Chełmno and Grudziądz.

The Fever Action was organized by the Polish Central Office of Cybercrime in cooperation with policemen from eleven European countries. Nearly 600 officers took part in the campaign in Poland.

“During the searches, they revealed numerous pedophile materials. They were films and photos collected on various types of devices and data carriers. Unfortunately, they were also materials from sexual abuse of children in infancy. During 159 searches, the officers secured, among others, computers, hard disks, telephones and SIM cards – in total over 520 thousand. Files and pedophile photos.

Detained for pedophilia

A total of 98 people aged 22 to 78 were detained. Among the detainees are people from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship: Toruń, Chełmno and Grudziądz.

The District Prosecutor's Office charged 48-year-old Sławomir P. from Chełmno regarding the possession and dissemination of pedophile pornography from September 2024 to February 2025. These are at least 1839 files.

– Sławomir P. was secured by 3.5 thousand zlotys and one hundred euros against the threatening penalty. Freedom preventive measures were applied to him: police supervision, property guarantee in the amount of three thousand zlotys, a ban on leaving the country and an order to refrain from using the Internet on mobile devices, and computers to log in to the e -mail addresses he created and accounts on messengers and servers used for storage of files – prosecutor Andrzej Kukawski informed prosecutor, spokesman, spokesman press prosecutor's office in Toruń.

According to prosecutor Kukawski, 62-year-old Tomasz K. from Toruń accuse not only of having and disseminating pedophilia involving children, but also animals.

– He downloaded them via the Peer to Peer network, and then disseminated and presented at least 54,554 files containing this content by sharing them and sending unknown people – the prosecutor said.

The money in the amount of PLN 16,000 was secured against the penalties threatening him. The suspect was applied to preventive measures of freedom: police supervision, property surety in the amount of three thousand zlotys, a ban on leaving the country.

52-year-old Krzysztof L. from Grudziądz, according to investigators, had at least 34 pornography with children. He downloaded them and then sent them to others.

– Money in the amount of five thousand zlotys was secured against the penalties threatening him. The suspect applied preventive measures of a freedom nature: a financial guarantee in the amount of PLN 5,000 and a ban on leaving the country – summed up prosecutor Kukawski.
