A small-sized horse fell into a closed septic tank. The animal moved 10 meters into the depth and lay down in the tank. Firefighters came to the rescue, dragged the horse to the hatch through which it fell and pulled it to the surface. Nothing happened to the animal, after several minutes it got to its feet.

The incident took place on Thursday (February 16) around noon in the town of Jaroszówka in the Kutno district. Firefighters were called to help a horse that fell into an unused septic tank.

– After arriving at the place, we found that the lid of the septic tank was broken and a small horse fell through this hole into the already closed septic tank – says the spokesman for the fire brigade in Kutno, junior Brigadier. Mariusz Jagodziński.

The firefighter reports that the animal moved about 10 meters from the hatch and lay down in the tank. “We called a veterinarian to the scene, who administered sedatives. Then, using ropes, we dragged the horse under the manhole, which it fell into the septic tank, and we managed to lift it up and pull it to the surface – describes the firefighter

Nothing happened to the horse, after several minutes he got to his feet.
