Specialists with the experience and administrative process management skills are employees who are looking for companies – according to the Grafton Recruitment report. In 2024, the salary of proposed candidates for these positions was noted.
Employers are still looking for specialists capable of optimizing processes and effective work organization management. The candidates are expected to be more and more flexibility and skills in working in a complex business environment, as well as knowledge of modern data management tools, the ability to coordinate many processes at the same time and the ability to adapt activities to the current needs of the company – according to the report.
Earnings in administration
The authors of the report pointed out that the level of remuneration offered in administration and purchasing departments depends on the scope of duties, location and employee experience.
Assistants of the department They can count on proposals from PLN 5,500 gross in Łódź to PLN 7,000 in Krakow. In the case of receptionists The offered rates range from PLN 4,800 in Katowice to PLN 8,000 in Warsaw, while secretaries They can receive remuneration from PLN 5,500 to PLN 8,000 in the largest cities.
The report indicated that on managerial positions The differences in the offered pay range are more clear. Steering wheel offices can receive from PLN 8,000 in Łódź to PLN 14,000 in the capital, and administration managers – from PLN 8,000 to PLN 14,000 gross. People performing functions Personal Assistants and executive assistantswhich support boards and key managers, receive remuneration proposals in the range of PLN 7,000 – 13,000 gross, depending on the location.

The amount of increases in 2024 in the administration
The year 2024 brought clear increases in the offered remuneration in many positions in administration and purchases. The largest increase was recorded in the case of OHS specialists – 15.6 percent. Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants also concerned clear increases – 11.7 percent. and office managers – 8.2 percent
Smaller increases took the positions of receptionists – 6 percent and administration specialists – 6.9 percent, while the remuneration of administration managers increased by 7.3 percent. The smallest changes in the amount of remuneration occurred in positions related to fleet management and orders, where increases ranged from 2.5 to 4.4 percent.

The Grafton Recruitment report was developed on the basis of market data and own analyzes. The data relate to remuneration for 2024 and forecasts at the beginning of 2025, and were collected on the basis of real offers presented to candidates by the company's clients and the remuneration of participants of the recruitment process. The analysis covered 499 791 unique job ads. In addition, data from one of the largest portals with advertisements in Poland covering the years 2019–2024 was used.
