The police are explaining the circumstances of the death of a woman whose body was found on Wednesday in Lake Rokola near Otwock. According to our reporter, the body was floating in the water.
Artur Węgrzynowicz from tvnwarszawa.pl reported that after 12 o’clock a woman’s body was noticed on an unguarded bathing beach near Otwock. – It was floating on the water. The woman was in a bathing suit. Firefighters using a boat brought the body to the shore – reported Węgrzynowicz.
He added that an inspection is underway. – There is also a WOPR boat on site. A lifeguard and two policemen are on board, searching the shores of the lake, he described.
In turn, Patryk Domarecki, the press officer of the Otwock police confirmed that the woman’s body had been fished out. However, due to the nature of the incident, we are not providing further information. An investigation will be conducted, the police officer said.
