The incident took place last Saturday, after 20 on the Łańcut section of the national road No. 94. Five people were driving a Volkswagen in the direction of Przeworsk. A 29-year-old resident of Rzeszów was behind the wheel.
According to Łańcut policemen, a car driving at high speed drove straight onto the embankment of the roundabout under construction and was thrown several dozen meters beyond the intersection.
Two passengers were injured in this incident.
He was sober, he could not see the roundabout
The 29-year-old was sober. The man – according to police reports – claimed that he had not noticed the roundabout or the signs informing about the circular traffic he had previously passed.
The uniforms retained the driver’s license. A resident of Rzeszów had them only for two months. The explanation of the circumstances of this event is still ongoing.
