Larry Millete pleaded not responsible to expenses of murder and unlawful possession of an assault weapon on Thursday, about 48 hours after legislation enforcement stormed his Chula Vista residence and took him into custody for allegedly killing his spouse.

The 40-year-old appeared in courtroom sporting a white face masks and a blue jail uniform, flanked by his lawyer. 

His spouse, Maya Millete, disappeared from their Chula Vista residence on Jan. 7, the identical day that she made an appointment with a divorce legal professional.

Larry Millete made his first courtroom look on Thursday and pleaded not responsible to murdering his spouse.

Tuesday’s arrest got here after a nine-month investigation by the Chula Vista Police Division, FBI, NCIS, and San Diego County District Lawyer that included 67 search warrants and practically 100 witness interviews.
