Since Friday, over a hundred people have been looking for an 87-year-old resident of Piotrków County (Łódź Voivodeship), who went picking mushrooms in the forest with her granddaughter and disappeared. – At some point, the women separated and lost contact with each other – a spokeswoman for the police in Piotrków Trybunalski tells us. The search operation was resumed this morning, with police, firefighters and forest guards taking part.
The search for the 87-year-old woman has been ongoing since Friday afternoon. Her disappearance was reported by her granddaughter, who went with her to pick mushrooms in the forest near the town of Łazy-Dąbrowa, in the Sulejów commune. To this day, the services have not found the woman.

Izabela Gajewska from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Piotrków Trybunalski, the search was resumed in the morning in the forest complex where the 87-year-old was last seen. – The woman went missing on Friday afternoon. She went mushroom picking with a family member, and at some point they separated and lost contact with each other, Gajewska said.
Police officers, firefighters and forest guards are taking part in the search operation. In total, over 100 people are looking for the woman.
