Lebanese Hezbollah announces launch of attack on Israel

Lebanon's Hezbollah said Sunday morning it had launched an attack on Israel in response to the death of a senior military commander who was killed in an Israeli airstrike on Beirut on July 30. Israel's Defense Ministry declared a state of emergency.
