Police from Legionowo are investigating the case of drugs found among candy of children who were collecting sweets during Halloween. The drug test confirmed the initial fears of the parent who reported the incident to the officers.
On October 31, the day of Halloween celebrations, police officers from Legionowo received information from one of the concerned parents. – The intervention crew went to the site. It turned out that there was a tablet wrapped in foil in the bag with candy. The police secured her. A preliminary drug test indicated a narcotic substance – told us Commissioner Justyna StopiÅ„ska, spokeswoman for the police in Legionowo.
The prosecutor's office will look into the case
The policewoman assured that basic procedural steps had been taken in this case. – Then the materials were transferred to the District Prosecutor's Office in Legionowo to consider whether to initiate an investigation in this direction – she concluded.

The case concerns the placement of metal pins in candy that was then distributed to children on Halloween evening. Similar events were reported in several voivodeships.
