Legionowo. He wanted to redeem the circle from a policeman. The driver was intoxicated

The policeman, returning home after the night service, noticed a disturbing and dangerous road situation near Legionowo. Further elements of the front right wheel fell off the car that drove before him. The 32-year-old driver was intoxicated. The man still offered a policeman that he would buy a circle from him.

Aspirant Michał Zaliwski, deputy head of the intelligence and patrol department of the Warsaw VII District Police Headquarters after night service returned home by car. – passing through the Legionowo poviat, he noticed that something disturbing was happening with him. The driver rode very quickly and moved the entire width of the road, and he lost fragments of the right front wheel – the sub -inspector Joanna Węgrzyniak, spokeswoman of the Warsaw VII police station, said.

He wanted to buy back the wheel

The policeman immediately called the emergency number and informed about the dangerous situation. He also intervened himself and quickly thwarted the further driving of the driver.

– The 32-year-old leading Audi at the sight of someone who approaches him, he was extremely happy. He immediately asked if there was a chance for sale by accident and whether he would help him replace it, because he, as he said: “I think he broke a bit” – the policewoman informed.

He did not admit to the management

When police officers of the Legionowo Road Traffic Department arrived, they carried out all the necessary activities.

– At that time, it turned out that the 32-year-old driver was intoxicated, he had over a promil of alcohol in his body. The man was still trying to convince the police that he was not the one who managed his brother, who went for the wheel and would exchange them together. Aspirant Zaliwski quickly and specifically corrected the stories of the 32 -year -old, moreover, the mentioned brother also denied them – added the sub -inspector Węgrzyniak.

The driver will be responsible for driving a car in a state of intoxication.
