A boy riding a bicycle was hit by a driver in Legionowo. An air ambulance helicopter landed on site.
As Artur Węgrzynowicz from tvnwarszawa.pl found out, the accident occurred in Legionowo on Kolejowa Street. Firefighters and police officers arrived at the scene.
– The first findings indicate that a 12-year-old child was crossing the road at a cyclist crossing and was then hit by the driver of a Mitsubishi – said Rafał Rutkowski from the press department of the Warsaw Police Headquarters.
He added that an air ambulance helicopter was called. – The child was transported to the hospital. The driver was sober, he noted.
