The people who chose this project in the civic budget wanted them. The assembly of second hands at the most important intersections has started in Leszno (Greater Poland). They will count down until the green light comes on.
The national road No. 12 goes to the “first fire”. Here, one second hand is already operating at the intersection with Norwida and Krasińskiego streets. Now they will arrive at the next intersections at Al. John Paul II from Al. Konstytucji 3 Maja and streets: Grunwaldzka, Dąbrowskiego, Leszczyńskich and Marcinkowskiego. – The first works will be carried out at the intersection of this road with Grunwaldzka Street, and then they will move towards the Stefan “Grot” Rowecki Viaduct – informs Lucyna Gbiorczyk from the Leszno City Hall.
According to the magistrate, if the weather conditions are favorable, the installation of seconds on the national road No. 12 should be completed by October 24. – The works will be carried out from the boom and will be associated with local traffic difficulties. The contractor will take care of appropriate marking as well as coordination of traffic during the execution of works. We appeal to drivers to be careful and to comply with the marking – emphasizes Gbiorczyk.
First DK12, then DW309
At the end of October, road workers will move to the provincial road No. 309 (former national road No. 5). There, after completion of the work, the second hands will function at eight intersections: at the intersection of Al. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego and ul. Mickiewicza and at the intersections at Al. Konstytucji 3 Maja with the streets: Geodetów, Rejtana, Okręcna, Kiepury, 55 Pułku Piechoty, Al. Jana Pawła II and ul. Kąkolewska.
Works on the provincial road No. 309 should be completed in mid-November.
In addition, second hands will also appear at the intersection of Al. Zygmunt Krasiński from ul. Karol Marcinkowski.

The residents themselves made efforts to assemble seconds on the national road No. 12 and the provincial road No. 309. Two projects appeared in the civic budget and took third and fifth place in the so-called “small budget”.
