Letitia Wright wish to set the report straight about her views on the coronavirus.

On Wednesday, Oct. 12, the Black Panther actress addressed a current report by The Hollywood Reporter, wherein the journal’s supply alleged she “espoused [antagonistic] views concerning the COVID-19 vaccines on the Atlanta manufacturing” of the upcoming sequel.

The report additionally said, “The British actress quietly parted methods together with her whole U.S. crew of representatives within the wake of a backlash over posting a controversial anti-vaccine video in December.”

The video she retweeted in December featured YouTube’s On the Desk host Tomi Arayomi, who questioned the efficacy of vaccines, notably the coronavirus vaccines. Wright captioned the clip with a prayer emoji, seemingly endorsing Arayomi’s statements.

Nonetheless, Wright denied talking about her beliefs on the Black Panther set. “I actually assert that this was utterly unfaithful,” she wrote on Instagram. “Anybody who is aware of me or has labored with me, is aware of that I work extremely arduous at my craft & my predominant focus is all the time to do work that is impactful and galvanizing. That has been & will proceed to be my solely focus.”
