The second term of office of the incumbent president will end on August 6, 2025. After leaving the Presidential Palace, Andrzej Duda will be entitled to a special benefit. But that's not all.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the remuneration of persons holding managerial positions, the President after the end of the term of office has the right to current remuneration for a period of three months.

President's retirement
In addition to the “briefing”, a person performing the function of the head of state after the end of his term of office has the right to several significant privileges.
Most often in this context Fr. retirement Presidential, which is formally called the salary of the former President of the Republic of Poland. Pursuant to the Act on the salary of the former President of the Republic of Poland of May 30, 1996, the person leaving ex officio is granted 75 percent the basic salary of the incumbent president.
The president's basic salary is PLN 18,413.12 gross, i.e. the presidential pension is PLN 13,809, 84.
The presidential pension is granted for life, after the end of the function – the end of the term or resignation from office.
