A 14-year-old rapper and social media star who was reported to have died has stated she is in actual fact protected and alive.
A press release on Lil Tay’s Instagram account on Wednesday, purportedly from her household, stated she and her brother had each died.
However the TMZ website quoted her as saying her account had been “compromised” and used to unfold “jarring misinformation” about her and her sibling.
In an announcement offered by her household to TMZ, she stated: “I need to make it clear that my brother and I are protected and alive, however I am fully heartbroken, and struggling to even discover the precise phrases to say.
