Lizzo is dealing with extra “hostile” work atmosphere accusations.
Shortly after three of the singer’s former dancers filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and weight-shaming, extra of Lizzo’s former collaborators are talking out about their very own experiences.
Filmmaker Sophia Nahli Allison mentioned she underwent mistreatment whereas she was briefly director of the 2022 documentary Love, Lizzo. “In 2019, I traveled a bit with Lizzo to be the director of her documentary,” Sophia tweeted on Aug. 1. “I walked away after about 2 weeks. I used to be handled with such disrespect by her.”
Calling the Grammy winner “smug, self-centered and unkind,” Sophia mentioned she was grateful to have walked away when she did.
“I used to be not protected and was thrown right into a s–ty scenario with little assist,” Sophia added. “My spirit mentioned to run as quick as you f–king can and I am so grateful I trusted my intestine. I felt gaslit and was deeply harm, however I’ve healed.”
