Local elections 2024 Białystok. Official results. Tadeusz Truskolaski president

Tadeusz Truskolaski, supported by KO, won the elections for the mayor of Białystok in the first round. According to official results published on the website of the National Electoral Commission, he won 53.32 percent of the votes. However, the majority in the 28-person city council was won by KO with 14 seats and Trzecia Droga with two. PiS got 12 seats.

53.32 – this is the percentage of votes according to the official results in the elections for the president of Białystok, received by Tadeusz Truskolaski, supported by KO.

This means that he won in the first round and will hold this position for the fifth time.

Henryk Dębowski was second on the podium

The second result was won by Henryk Dębowski from PiS, who was supported 33.45 percent voters. The podium is closed by Rafał Greś, nominated by the Confederation and Non-partisan Local Government, with support at the level of 7.41 percent.

Andrzej Aleksiejczuk, representing the Left, won 3.93 percentand Jarosław Galej from the Electoral Committee of Voters from Outside Sitwa – 1.89 percent.

KO – 14, PiS – 12, Trzecia Droga – 2 seats to the city council

However, in the elections to the Białystok city council, the Civic Coalition received the best result with 50% support, which resulted in 14 seats.

Law and Justice is in second place with support of 42.86 percent, which gave 12 seats. Third Droga has two seats (with 11.37 percent support).

This means that KO and Trzecia Droga have a majority in the 28-person city council.
