He gave a brother's data, who was also wanted

According to aspirant Kamila Sowińska, the man has been hiding from justice for years. – In order to avoid prison, he gave officers the details of his brother. After checking in police databases, it turned out that this one was wanted. Policemen informed the man that he had the opportunity to “buy out”, paying a fine to be able to return home – describes a policewoman.

The man was taken to the police station in Łódź Bałuty and from there he called his brother, whom he previously gave. He needed help because he had no funds to pay a fine. – The 28-year-old told his brother about the situation and asked him to come to pay a fine. However, he forgot that each person is legitimate. When his brother arrived and gave the ID card, the data in him was the same with the one that the 28-year-old detained earlier in the store. It came to light that the brother is wanted with the possibility of paying a fine – what he did and went home – explains the policewoman.

And he adds: -The derogatory data of the 28 -year -old showed that he was wanted to serve a longer prison sentence. From the beginning, the man deliberately misled officers to avoid responsibility. The detained shop thief for the offense he had been fined was fined in the amount of PLN 500, after which he was sent to prison for the next months for previously committed crimes.
