Kwiatkowski defeated the deputy marshal of the Łódź Voivodeship from Law and Justice, Piotr Adamczyk, and the representative of the Confederation, Bogusław Ciupka. He noted that he obtained the data unofficially from committee members. Data from the National Electoral Commission show that the vote counting is still ongoing.

Krzysztof Kwiatkowski, representing the Senate pact, boasted on social media that he had won a record number of votes in constituency number 24, covering the eastern Łódź poviat, Brzeziny poviat and part of Łódź with poviat rights.

Almost a doubling of votes

“Thank you, thanks to you I have a Senate mandate from Łódź and the voivodeship. 4 years ago I had over 70,000 votes, now over 130,000!! Thank you, this almost double increase in votes is a commitment to work hard for you,” Kwiatkowski wrote on social media .

– I am talking about unofficial results based on information from members of the electoral commission – said the politician.

The vote counting was still ongoing at the time the article was published. Official data from the National Electoral Commission as of 1 p.m. showed that the senator was supported by 92,000 voters from 73 percent of the voting precincts of district number 24.

Krzysztof Kwiatkowski defeated the deputy marshal of the Łódź Voivodeship from Law and Justice, Piotr Adamczyk, and the representative of the Confederation, Bogusław Ciupka.
