Police officers from the Łódź traffic police stopped a motorcyclist who was riding through the city barefoot and without a helmet. Additionally, the man did not have a driving license. According to the police, the motorcyclist decorated the handlebar with bird feathers and installed a Bluetooth speaker to hear music more clearly while riding. During the inspection, he explained that he had “this style of being”.
According to junior aspirant Jadwiga Czyż from the Road Traffic Department of the City Police Headquarters in Łódź, the motorcyclist was detained on October 5 on Pabianicka Street.
– There would be nothing strange about it, if not for the fact that the man was traveling without the required helmet. Besides, he rode barefoot. The officers, knowing how important the safety of two-wheeler users is, decided to stop the motorcyclist for a road check – says Czyż.
